Holiday Wreath Card

Can you believe it's only 3 DAYS until Christmas!!  There's still time to make someone happy with a handmade card so why not try this beautiful front door card.  There have been many styles of this card made.  We were inspired to make one as well.  The door "panels" were just made by sponging around the layered, popped up white pieces.  It is amazing how much it looks like a door.  A silver brad is added for the door knob.

The wreath is from the stamp set, Welcome Christmas.  It was stamped in Garden Green, cut out, and sponged.  The red berries were added with a Real Red marker.  If you are ambitious, it would be great to punch a bunch of berries from Real Red and glue them on.  Even adding Crystal Effects would give great dimension.  We added a bow using the 1/8" Taffeta ribbon - we are loving this 1/8" ribbon!

No, I can't believe it is only 3 days until Christmas! Where did the time go???

Great front door card. I'm going to have to try one. Perhaps for Valentine's Day.
