We're sure some of you remember these die cut fabric flowers (along with the fabric Top Note and Scallop Circle die cuts) that we made several months ago. We decided to "do" something with them. We're sure you can all relate with how easy it is to accumulate "fun things" that we need to use!
Well, check out these fun cards we've created using some of the fabric flowers - these were made with two pieces of fabric and batting in between. We kept them simple so as to not take away from the embellishments. The card below is made with Basic Black and Very Vanilla card stock. We did emboss the Vanilla card stock with the SU! Finial Press folder. The flowers are made with black and vanilla fabric and die cut from a retired die, Flowers Layer #3. We used vintage buttons that were found at estate sales on ALL our cards.
And this one is also black and vanilla but we used the new SU! embossing folder, Vintage Wallpaper.
And this fabric has black, vanilla, green, red, yellow and blue - a definite vintage look.
Since these samples plus many others are going in our Etsy shop, we didn't adhere the "sayings" directly to the cards so that the buyer could select what worked for them. These are examples of what we are including.
All the cards will come with envelopes and three "sayings." We encourage all of you to go back through all your "stuff" and use them on some cards or fun projects. These flowers would be great on some fun note pad holders as well.
