With layered & scrunched paper flowers all the craze right now, we brainstormed and came up with this idea using the Perfect Setting die.
We also added a fun border on our card using the rick rack looking part of the die.
The card was created using the following supplies:
- Almost Amethyst & So Saffron card stock
- Tea Party DSP
- Lace, rick rack, a brown button and a small piece of twine
- Leaves are Old Olive and punched out with the Stampin' Up exclusive die, Little Leaves
- Paper Piercer, Mini Glue Dots
- Nestabilities - oval and scalloped oval
- Words are from Herb Expressions and stamped in black StazOn
- Sponging was all done in Creamy Caramel
After cutting the DSP using the die, we cut the petals, sponged them, pierced a hole for the brad and stacked 8 petals on top of each other and secured together.
Repeat this step again. Punch a 1-3/8" circle and after "fanning" out the petals, glue them to the circle. Add additional fabric, lace or just a button for the center.

This is beautiful.
