Cheers to You

This little treat was obviously designed for St. Patrick's Day but could be altered for any occasion.  We first saw and fell in love with these treat bags on Becky Robert's site.  They are 1" x 8" adhesive-topped cellophane bags.  We sorted out the green M & M's and stacked them in the bag.  The topper was made with the beer mug from Cheers To You.  The mug is colored with a Green Galore marker, cut out and covered with Crystal Effects.  We used Liquid Applique to create the foam on top.  The mug is layered on Whisper White card stock that has been stamped with one of the Itty Bitty Background stamps.  Then layered on Green Galore and Basic Black and embellished with two black eyelets.
