This is another one of the recipe cards we did for our Holiday Candy & Cookie recipe class. The 6x6 card is Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, and Tempting Turquoise. We punched out the snowflakes, added centers and then topped them with Crystal Effects and Dazzling Diamonds. The easy, never fail, microwavable recipe is quick and oh, so good! | Peanut Brittle | ||||||
| 1 c. sugar | Mix first four ingredients in microwave safe bowl and cook on high for 4 minutes. Remove, stir and microwave for 2 more minutes. Remove and add butter and vanilla. Microwave for 2 minutes. Remove and stir in soda. Pour out onto a greased pan. Spread to the desired thickness. Cool, break and store in an air tight container | |||||
