How about some warm and cozy mittens to warm your hands?
This card was designed using Very Vanilla card stock and the "Groom" Specialty paper. The black-striped DSP reminded me so much of the older-type mittens that use to have the ribbing around the bottom. This awesome paper can be found on page 158 of the current Stampin' Up! catalog. The mittens were placed on the fold so that when you cut them out you leave approximately a 1/2 inch that isn't cut. The edges and tops of the embossed snowflakes were sponged with Bashful Blue ink. The punched snowflakes were done in Whisper White and then sponged. Clear rhinestone brads were placed in the centers of the snowflakes. Two-way glue and Dazzling Diamonds glitter were added to the card. The ribbon and bow are 1/4" Bashful Blue Grosgrain ribbon from Stampin' Up!

ummm...mittens?
