Remember how I said I loved the direct-to paper-technique. Well, combining direct-to-paper and the collage technique together is truly my favorite. I love antiques and the primitive look so anything worn or tattered is right up my alley. I started out with vanilla card stock and then using the direct-to-paper technique added color with Brocade Blue and Creamy Caramel pads. I stamped all over the paper using some of my favorite stamps inked with Stazon. I cut the paper to fit my project, added ribbon, (which was sponged with Creamy Caramel) a few embellishments and there you have it! The picture I've used in this project is of my dad and my grandson. Love it!

Very impressive and useful as well! I love that combination! Can you tell me where you found the huge clothespins?

Hi Penny, glad you like it! I have purchased them from Hobby Lobby, Michaels and Archivers. Melissa
